www.pcmag.com -  Bandwidth hogs using Comcast's network can expect delays between 10 and 20 minutes during peak traffic time when the cable company switches to its protocol agnostic system by year's end, a Comcast spokesman said. "A range of 10 to 20 minutes seems likely for the tiny fraction of the most disproportionate bandwidth users," he said.

In May, Comcast announced that it was considering a rate hike for broadband customers who consume more than 250 gigabytes of data each month.
